We did our tradional Thanksgiving Dinner last Sunday at my parents because I had to work on the actual day. I did return from my trip about 4pm on Thanksgiving Day. Keoni surprised me with this wonderful meal!

Here’s a great idea if you run out of propane (like we did). Keoni had the great idea of searing the well seasoned steaks in an iron skillet a couple of minutes on each side then cooking them in a 375 degree oven for about 6 minutes ( for med-rare). They were delicious!
