I haven’t been to this farmers market in a while because it’s a trek for me (I live in Marietta) but it’s worth the drive. They have just about any fruit or vegetable that you can think of and then some! Their meat department is just awesome to see with a huge selection of “innards” such as lambs heart. I did NOT buy any of those! You will find hormone and antibiotic free meats. The fish department is amazing to see with live fish in tanks, such as catfish, tilapia, lobsters and blue crabs.
The cheese and dairy department has about 400 different kinds of cheeses and the eggs are cage-free. The breads are made with organic flours and whole grains.
They have a wonderful selection of wines and beers from many regions and countries.
This is such a fun place to go to be inspired to create a wonderfully fresh and healthy meal!

I am a huge fan of the Dekalb Farmer’s Market! I am happy to see a lot more domestic produce, even some from Georgia!
