It’s almost Cinco De Mayo and in honor of that, I would like to share my Mango margarita recipe! I found it in Ladie’s Home Journal a few years ago and it’s always been a big hit at parties.
In a large pitcher, combine 5 1/2cups mango nectar (sometimes found in the ethnic section of your grocery), 1 cup fresh lime juice, 1 cup tequila and 3/4 cup triple sec. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve over ice in a salt-rimmed glass, if desired. Makes about 8 cups.
