I had another layover in Springfield and tried a bbq restaurant called Theodores, Blues, Booze and BBQ. Normally, I would not choose to eat barbecue but some of the other crew members wanted to go so I went. I had brisket with chipoltle sauce, collard greens and sweet potato fries. It was good and I had lots left over for the next day. If you like barbecue check it out! Prices are reasonable.
